The Rose on Bond is a project that renovated an existing church and adjacent building and was converted into 60 rental apartments consisting of Studios, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms. This project went through an extensive restoration that brought it back to its original beauty while maintaining the current details and aesthetic of the existing historical building. We floated a new structural floor into the social hall of the existing church. Now the iconic building known as The Rose on Bond serves as 60 homes, bridging the gap of time and styles between classic Spanish Revival and modern interior living.
