This 25,000 square foot, mixed-use building is located on Monterey Street in the heart of Gilroy’s downtown historic district. The Gilroy Garlic Festival’s operational headquarters occupies a portion of the ground floor commercial space in the complex, giving the complex its name. There are three stories of wood framed residential above ground floor retail and commercial. Of the twenty-four residential units, half have dual-height ceilings to offer loft-style units. The building was completed in 2008.
