This ground-up wood-framed 64 unit 3-story development is located in the heart of West Oakland. This was a multi-family project, developed for students, was designed in 2020 and finished construction in 2023 with Riaz Capital. Besides a mat slab foundation and a couple tricky cantilever details, this was truly simple engineering.
